Pricing

• Each cake is uniquely and individually made, price varies on size of the cake and complexity of the design. Please contact us for a quotation.

Payment

• Accept Bank transfer only
• Full payment
• or option: 70% deposit; 30% balance is payable 2 working days prior to delivery

Cake Images

• Colour and final outlook variation may occur due to all products are handmade
• Product images have been edited for styling purpose only

• Pick up from our studio, located in Westgate by appointment
• Delivery service available and fee is calculated based on distance travelled from our studio
• Once picked up or delivered, we are not liable for any loss or damage caused

Allergy Information

• Our cake and dessert contains the following ingredients which may cause food allergies to some people:
  • Flour contains gluten, wheat
  • Milk, cream
  • Eggs, egg white
  • Coconut oil, coconut thread
  • Almond flour
  • Sulphites
  • Oil may present peanut, sesame, soy, tree nuts
  • Chocolate contains milk, soybean
• If you have any other allergy, please inform us in your order notes

Ordering / Reschedule

• Kindly understand that all of our cakes and sweets are made to order
• Place your order by email 3-4 weeks in advance
• Rescheduling should be made 2 weeks prior to the original scheduled pick up or delivery date and is subject to our availability of the new pick up or delivery date

Cancellation

Wedding cake:

• No refund will be given on cancellation within 30 days prior the booked date
• More than 30 days notice given prior to the booked date, we will refund 50%

Celebration cakes and sweets

• No refund will be given on cancellation within 14 days prior to the booked date
• More than 14 days notice given prior to the booked date, we will refund 50%

Postponements due to Covid 

• Anyone who is affected by lockdowns and wanting to postpone their event may transfer their current order to a new date at no extra cost

• Payment of orders and design approval is considered acceptance of all terms and conditions
